Micciche Group was formed on April 9, 2026 in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. The firm is privately held by a single member, woman-owned, and led by its founder. We have no outside investors and no plan to take any.
Our work is grounded in a specific observation: people who are good at what they do get bogged down in the procedural, intricate, intimidating parts of complex work. We build software that takes those parts out of the way, so the part that actually matters — judgment, craft, and relationship — gets the attention.
We are not trying to be a large company. We are trying to be a useful one, durable enough to do this for a long time, and structured to eventually extend the same care into capital and credit alongside software.
